This investor came to us to renovate this very abused duplex and transform it into a luxury duplex, attractive to nearby Duke University and Medical Center. So yes, we can do this too! We used a very modern flat panel door in Sherwin Williams’ Ellie Gray finish with Luna Pearl granite, and bar pulls by Hafele. All of these finishes, including the tile, are all at entry level price points- and they are still absolutely beautiful. I’d rent it!
