This client was a local architect. He and his wife loved their home and just wanted to refresh it from its last 1990s update. They gave me the highest compliment I could be honored with- a blank slate to design it as I felt appropriate, and they also let me help them select a builder and let him execute the entire project. What an exciting house! We removed a door and opened up the kitchen space, which allowed us to provide some seating inside the kitchen area. We were also able to greatly increase their storage cubic footage.
