The initial meeting is best completed in your home, where we can look at the space and take measurements…We can easily identify needs, and discuss what you like and don’t like about the space. We then begin the process of developing designs for your space. Our next meeting is best at our showroom, where we can present design options to you, and then show you around to begin the selection process of all your finishes. When we have the perfect plan ironed out, and selections made, we will begin the pricing process to create an estimate for you. We will then await your commitment to work with Taylored Spaces to proceed. If you choose to work with us, we will continue planning, and detail the drawings and concept more, helping you match your dreams and your budget! When you choose to work with us on your complete project (cabinets, countertops, hardware, etc.), we will credit the work done thus far towards the balance of the project*.
At the appropriate time, we will double-check field measurements, confirm selections and details, and once you sign on the dotted line, we will work with your General Contractor or Remodeler to coordinate all aspects of the project.
We work with a local delivery service to receive and deliver your cabinetry, we have a phenomenal installer team, and we also work with excellent countertop fabricators...
Most Importantly, Ruth Ann will be close by at every part of the process to make sure you are taken care of.
We will see your project through to the last detail, ensuring you are 100% satisfied.
Our payment terms vary based on the scope of work, but for most projects, we have the following payment schedule:
30% at warehouse receipt
15% at countertop installation
5% at substantial completion
*Project minimum cost for credit at least $10,000.00
